*Young Investigators are trainees or colleagues who have obtained an advanced degree (M.D. or Ph.D.) within seven years of the time of registration. Proof is required.
**Allied Health Professionals must present a letter from their department head confirming their status. Nurses must provide proof of employment status.
***Medical Science Liaisons/Researchers are professionals with advanced scientific training and academic credentials employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity. Proof of credentials is required.
****Industry Delegates hold a non-research position and are employed by a pharmaceutical company or commercial entity. Registration includes full access to scientific sessions.
*****Exhibitor Only registrants are representatives from a confirmed exhibiting organization. Registration includes access to Exhibit Hall only.
Teaching Courses are not included in Registration packages. Due to limited capacity, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended to secure your spot.
The Opening Networking Event is not included in Registration packages. Venue capacity is limited, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required.
Group registration is available for groups of 10 or more by contacting the Group Registration Manager at email@example.com. Deadline for group registration is Friday, August 7, 2020.
Registration cancellations received in writing to the Registration Manager on or before Thursday, August 6, 2020, will be accepted and fees refunded, less a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received after Thursday, August 6, 2020, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at MSWashingtonDC2020.
In the unlikely event that MSWashingtonDC2020 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
If you are a non-U.S. citizen, don’t delay in applying for a visa for entry into the United States, if one is needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of conference attendees. Visit the U.S. Department of State’s website for more information on obtaining a visa. An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa can be requested by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. The letter will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received.
Please note that the Letter of Invitation is intended to help obtain a visa and is not a guarantee of visa approval. ACTRIMS cannot intervene on behalf of the invitees with an U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
This section strictly applies to U.S. Licensed Physicians.
In accordance with the National Physician Payment Transparency Program: OPEN Payments (formerly known as Physician Payments Sunshine Act), U.S. licensed physicians’ National Provider Identifier (NPI - ten digits) and specialty(s) are part of the reporting requirement of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
Please note that your information will only be provided IF you participate in a reportable event/activity as defined by legislation.
During the registration process, you will be required to provide your NPI and specialty.
ACTRIMS will retain records in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) policies.
EMAIL & PHOTOGRAPHS
By registering for MSWashingtonDC2020, participants agree to receive email communications from ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS and give permission to ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS to publish any photographs or videos for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.
Participants are not obligated to allow exhibitors to scan their badge in the exhibition area or when entering Industry Supported Satellite Symposia or Non-CME Presentations. If you allow a company to scan your badge, you acknowledge that your registration information will be provided to the exhibitor.
