All official prices are indicated in U.S. dollars (USD). All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
The standard voltage in the United States is 120 V (with a standard frequency of 60 Hz). This is different compared to the 220 volts used in Europe. Plugs from all countries who use 220 volts will not be compatible with U.S. electrical sockets.
English is the official language of the conference. Simultaneous translation is not provided.

If you are a non-U.S. citizen, don’t delay in applying for a visa for entry into the United States. Such arrangements are the responsibility of conference attendees. Visit the U.S. Department of State’s website for more information on obtaining a visa. An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa can be requested by contacting email@example.com. The letter will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received.
